About Catherine

Catherine Roggero-Lovisi recently served as President, North America at Revlon. A member of the Executive Leadership Team, she was responsible for the Mass, Prestige and Professional businesses in the U.S. and Canada, and provided strategic leadership and focused on business strategies designed to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. 

Before Revlon, she held the position of Global General Manager for Christian Louboutin Beauté, accountable for product development working side by side with the designer and founder CL through commercialization globally. She spent nearly 17 years with L'Oréal; and based in Paris during the last three years of her tenure, she was the GM for Lancôme & Kiehl's in the Asia Pacific region. She has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility within the U.S. region including SVP Sales, Lancôme USA, General Manager, Biotherm USA and also worked within the fast-paced, market-share and profit-driven channel of travel retail in the Americas.

Catherine earned her MBA, International Business/Trade/Commerce from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Catherine also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management from Florida Institute of Technology.
